Dain Huston, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

I started with Willoughby Hearing in 1983. I began my career as an instrument repair technician. I can repair just about any hearing instrument on the market. I obtained my license to be a hearing aid specialist in Oregon and have been fulfilling that role for the last 21 years. My main goal is to bring crystal clear hearing to everyone I meet using all the knowledge I possess. During my down time, I enjoys black and white photography.

Robert Gaustad, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

I began working at Willoughby Hearing in January of 2016. I love helping the patients. I love to see their faces the first time they put on the hearing aids and hear everything they have been missing. In my spare time I enjoy running, golfing, hockey and spending time with my daughters and watching their sports.

Shelleen McAllister

Patient Services Coordinator

I am thrilled to be entering the workforce after 19 years and to be a part of the All American Hearing team. I started my career in retail and during that time acquired my degree in Accounting. I have been married for over 25 years. At the time that my husband was finishing graduate school, we decided to start a family. We have three beautiful children. I love nurturing my family and the responsibilities of being a homeowner. I have spent innumerable hours volunteering in our schools and the community. I am not the best conversationalist but I truly care for people and enjoy listening to what they have to say and their experiences. I have a profound hearing loss and have worn hearing aids for over 12 years. I consider this an asset toward our patients in that I may better understand their experience and assist them on their journey to better hearing.

My grandpa had been resisting hearing aids for about 5 years and we finally got him in to get his hearing checked. The trick was to get my grandma in too, so he didn't seem singled out. Which was great because we noticed her hearing starting to slip as well...
